Job Description for Regional Manager/ Area Sales Manager (retail/ off Trade Accounts) Haryana location


  • Exp.: 6 yrs. to 15 yrs.
  • Job Location: Haryana ( Faridabad, Gurgaon)
  • Offered CTC: As per experience and skillsets

Responsibilities:

  • To Develop the sales plan for the Territory/Segment aligned with the plan for the area
  • Increase sales every quarter and capture market of competition products
  • Identify opportunities to increase visibility and reach of products
  • Ensuring sales for the brand at different channels of Retail/Off-Trade
  • Co-ordinate with the internal and external stake holders for implementation of sales plan
  • To understand the demand, consumer behavior and competition operations
  • To continuous tracking and monitoring performance of our brands in key accounts through rigorous information gathering & analysis
  • Continuous monitoring of sales on monthly basis to ensure SOP, stock is there
  • Working closely with marketing team to ensure any dead stock is moved in the outlet
